Here at Bray, we rely on our machinery and equipment to provide the best service to our customers. Sadly, this machinery & equipment gets old and sometimes either needs upgrading or replacing. The old Anilam CNC control on one of our custom-built CNC routers failed last year, so we took the opportunity to upgrade the machine to a new Fagor control, providing greater reliability and connectivity.
Our other new piece of equipment is a Form3 SLA 3D printer to replace our old Form2 printer. This new printer enables us to print with greater accuracy and detail, offer more varied resins (dental, medical, jewellery etc) and greatly reduced cleanup and finishing times for parts.
