CNC Turning

Our precision CNC turning services are used for producing highly accurate cylindrical parts from metal and plastic bar and tube. Often this involves side holes and flats which can be achieved with live tooling attachments.  

Our Capabilities

  • We can work with your existing CAD files, eg IGES, DXF, DWG etc or we are able to draw and program from a simple sketch or physical part you provide. We like a challenge!
  • We have the ability to turn up to 300mm diameter x 1.5m long parts

Radioactive source bottles. Turned acrylic with laser etched engraving on the ends.

Ion chamber tubes made up of various turned parts in acetal, acrylic and polycarbonate then bonded together.

Turned acrylic tube. The length of the tube has been turned to diameter on the outside and both ends faced to length.

This is a bespoke pipe fitting, modified from an off-the-shelf injection moulded fitting.

We have a twin head 150 watt laser for laser cutting and engraving of corrosive plastic sheet materials, as well as a 1500×2500 flat bed 150 watt laser for fine quality high finish production.
